What to do?
For College, send your TOR for evaluation to the College email address. Succeeding steps will be provided by the College.
For SHS, send an email to registrar@cebudoctorsuniversity.edu and ask for the list of documents needed for evaluation.

What to do?
Send an email to your College to ask for instructions on how to shift to another program.

A CDU SHS student who would like to pursue a college program in CDU
What to do?
- Fill-up the Online College Application Form.
- Send an email to the College for instructions, specifying that you are a graduate of CDU SHS who would like to apply to a College program.
Note: Your authentic documentary requirements for admission should be submitted to the University once CDU shall be allowed to reopen.
