Mr. Arnold Balais, PADS Team Captain and CDU College of Rehabilitative Sciences Laboratory Instructor/Orthotic and Prosthetic technician takes joy and pride as he shares this milestone of furthering awareness towards PWD inclusivity.
President Duterte was inspired by the team’s story as they strived and defied the odds despite their Disability. He wished the team more success and awarded Php 500,000 and Prosthesis for PAD’s eight (8) amputee paddlers.
